Larry Baldwin grew up in Baltimore, Maryland.  Larry has been a resident of Northern Virginia since 2004.  After serving in the US Army and retiring from the Federal Government, Larry was searching for a way in which to serve our Lord Jesus Christ.  This search brought Larry to the Lamb Center where he served as a volunteer at the front desk and the laundry room.  After volunteering for two years at TLC, Larry was offered a position as Program Coordinator.  He graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in political science.  Larry is also a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Outside of work, Larry enjoys spending time with family, biking, and hiking.
