Set to become the largest permanent supportive housing development in Northern Virginia, Beacon Landing will be the first of its kind to feature this level of density. This community is primarily designed to accommodate older adults and individuals with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness and have very low incomes, specifically those earning at or below 30% of the Area Median Income.

A key feature of Beacon Landing is on-site 24/7 resident services provided by The Lamb Center. Fundraising for these critical services is part of the Welcome Home Campaign. You can learn more about getting involved here.
