Mila has been a Fairfax County resident almost her entire life. She knew at a young age that she wanted to help others and be a social worker due to role models that inspired her while growing up. She graduated from George Mason University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and joined the Lamb Center as a case manager in June 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, bird watching, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her family and 3 cats.
