Mila Rosenberg has been a Fairfax County resident for nearly her entire life. Inspired by role models who shaped her early on, she knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career helping others as a social worker. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Mila joined The Lamb Center as a Case Manager in June 2023, bringing her education, language skills, and lifelong commitment to service to her work with guests.

In her spare time, Mila enjoys gardening, bird watching, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her family and three cats.
