Milton Rodriguez is a nonprofit leader and homelessness services professional with more than nine years of experience in case management, outreach services, program development, and shelter operations. His expertise includes trauma-informed care, workforce development, crisis intervention, and coordinating services that help individuals experiencing homelessness achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency.
As Director of Case Management at The Lamb Center, Milton oversees case management services, clinical coordination, and guest support programs. He supervises case management staff, supports workforce development initiatives, and helps ensure guests receive compassionate, effective services that promote long-term stability and success.
Milton also represents The Lamb Center in regional Continuum of Care (CoC) and Office to Prevent and End Homelessness (OPEH) initiatives. Through these partnerships, he works with community organizations and public agencies to strengthen access to housing, supportive services, and coordinated care.
Before joining The Lamb Center, Milton held multiple leadership roles with Cornerstones, where he directed outreach and engagement services for unsheltered adults across northern Fairfax County. His experience includes emergency shelter operations, rapid rehousing programs, community outreach, and multidisciplinary service coordination.
Milton brings a unique combination of medical education, systems leadership, and lived experience to his work in homelessness services. He earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Central del Este after completing pre-medical studies at the University of Puerto Rico, providing a strong clinical and human-centered foundation for his leadership in case management, behavioral health coordination, and supportive housing programs.
Throughout his career, he has remained committed to helping individuals move from crisis toward stability while strengthening the systems that support long-term success.
