Katie Glick is a nonprofit and human services leader with experience in volunteer engagement, operations management, program leadership, and community partnerships. Throughout her career, she has worked across homeless services, education, and faith-based organizations, helping strengthen programs that support individuals, families, and communities.  

As Director of Guest Services at The Lamb Center, Katie oversees volunteer operations and guest services for one of Northern Virginia’s leading daytime support centers serving individuals experiencing homelessness. She leads engagement efforts for approximately 400 volunteers, supervises administrative staff, and collaborates with case management, operations, development, and pastoral teams to support the organization’s mission.  

Prior to joining The Lamb Center, Katie spent more than a decade in leadership roles at Burke United Methodist Church, where she directed outreach initiatives, volunteer programs, ministry operations, and preschool administration. Earlier in her career, she served as a special education teacher and administrator, supporting students and families across public and private educational settings.  

Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies and a Master of Education in Special Education from George Mason University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Organizational Innovation at Marymount University, with research focused on partnerships between homeless services organizations and law enforcement.  

Her leadership reflects a commitment to service, community engagement, and creating welcoming environments that support dignity, connection, and opportunity for all.
