Pamela Carey grew up near Richmond, Virginia, but has called Northern Virginia home since moving to the area many years ago. Shortly after her move, she learned of The Lamb Center and had the privilege of volunteering at its first two locations, including when it operated above a pawn shop.

As Chief Administrative Officer at The Lamb Center, Pamela oversees the organization’s day-to-day internal administrative operations, infrastructure, and supporting departments, providing senior executive leadership across the organization’s administrative functions.

Pamela has worked in administration and accounting at several local churches and businesses and has served in church youth ministries. She holds a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), bringing specialized expertise in human resources and organizational management to her leadership at The Lamb Center.
