Chris is a native of the Detroit area of Michigan. He retired from a 25-year U.S. Air Force career as a developmental flight test engineer and project manager. In his next working chapter, he is completing a master’s degree in Diaconal Ministry—Christian service in the world—and progressing towards ordination as a Deacon in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Chris helps to maintain the Christian foundation of The Lamb Center by providing pastoral care, organizing bible study, chapel, and prayer programs. He also assists with strengthening our partnerships with local churches and is the staff leader for our art programs. In his free time, Chris enjoys supporting his son’s soccer training and restoring cars. He and his wife are members of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Fairfax.
