Joel Driscoll brings a wealth of experience in advocacy, support services, and relationship building to his role at The Lamb Center. His background combines extensive service to veterans and military families with over a decade of experience in retail and customer service, giving him a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and connecting people with the resources they need. 

As Workforce Development Program Coordinator at The Lamb Center, Joel supports guests in building the skills and connections needed to move toward stability and self-sufficiency. He brings a genuine sense of purpose to this work, drawing on his long history of service to others. 

Prior to joining The Lamb Center, Joel spent more than 15 years serving veterans and military families through volunteer and professional roles focused on benefits, advocacy, and support services. He also brings more than 12 years of experience in retail and customer service, which shaped his approach to communication and relationship building. Joel is relatively new to homelessness services specifically, with less than a year of direct experience in the field, though his broader background in service and advocacy has prepared him well for this work. 

Joel holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity. Joel brings a deep sense of calling to his work at The Lamb Center.
