Barb first came to TLC in Jan 2017 to deliver breakfast from the parishioners of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. After serving that meal, she felt called to join the ministry and began regularly volunteering at TLC. Barb has an MBA, BA in Business Management, AA in Accounting, and over 35 years of experience in government accounting. She was born in New Jersey, but came to Virginia in 1989 after a three-year tour in Germany as an accountant for the US Army. She has also been a Special Olympics volunteer, coach, sports coordinator, and tournament director for the State of Virginia for close to 30 years. Barb is a practicing Catholic attending Our Lady of Good Counsel in Vienna.
